Its extra hardened steel hollow-ground blade, combined with a powerful motor and gravity feed, delivers exceptional slicing performance. The slicer offers infinite adjustability with a cutting thickness range of 0-15mm and includes a built-in sharpening device. Enhanced spacing between the blade and motor, along with an easy-to-tilt food carriage, ensures user-friendly operation and maintenance, making it a valuable asset for catering professionals.

For optimal performance, regularly clean the Teflon-coated surfaces and sharpen the blade using the built-in device. Ensure the food carriage is properly tilted for safe operation. Adjust cutting thickness as needed, from 0-15mm, to suit various slicing requirements.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
