Its extra hardened steel hollow-ground blade, paired with a robust motor and vertical feed, ensures superior slicing precision. The slicer offers adjustable cutting thickness from 0-15mm and includes a built-in sharpening device for optimal blade maintenance. The design provides ample space between the blade and motor, and the tiltable food carriage enhances ease of use, making it a valuable asset for catering professionals.

For optimal performance, regularly use the built-in sharpener to maintain the blade's edge. Ensure the food carriage is properly tilted for safe operation. Avoid slicing frozen or hard items to prevent damage. Clean Teflon-coated parts with non-abrasive materials.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
