Crafted from 18/10 stainless steel, the Saladette is designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. It features automatic ventilation refrigeration and defrosting, ensuring consistent cooling. The unit is fully insulated, maintaining a temperature range of +2°C to +10°C. The lower section includes adjustable racks for GN pans or grids, while the upper section accommodates GN pans up to 100mm in height. A lift-up stainless steel lid and nylon cutting board enhance functionality, making it a versatile addition to any catering setup.
