This cooling table is an essential asset for high-demand commercial kitchens, constructed from robust stainless steel 18/10. It boasts ventilated refrigeration, ensuring consistent cooling, and features automatic defrosting and evaporation of condensed water for hassle-free maintenance. With adjustable temperatures ranging from +2°C to +10°C, it caters to diverse storage needs. The lower section is equipped with 1/1GN guide rails, and each door includes a 1/1GN plasticized wire rack, providing ample storage and organisation for catering professionals.

Ensure optimal performance by maintaining the cooling table at the recommended temperature range of +2°C to +10°C. Regularly check the automatic defrosting system and clean the plasticized wire racks to prolong the unit's lifespan.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
