Compatible with 1/1 gastronorm or 60x40 cm trays, this chiller is a valuable asset for high-demand commercial kitchens, ensuring food safety and quality.

For optimal performance, use the blast chiller with 1/1 gastronorm or 60x40 cm trays. Regularly check the core temperature sensor and ensure the door contact switch is functioning. Maintain digital settings for consistent results.

All Spiteri products are covered by a 12-month commercial warranty, inclusive of both parts and labour. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery
