The trolley is equipped with four castors, two of which are braked, ensuring stability and ease of movement across various surfaces. To maintain the longevity of the serving trolley, regularly check and tighten the castors. Avoid overloading beyond 80 kg per tray to ensure optimal performance. Clean the stainless steel surfaces with appropriate cleaning agents to prevent corrosion and maintain hygiene standards in professional kitchens.
